Simply: Passengers aren't happy.

We hope to uncover where the most trouble with the Transportation Security Administration is and when it's happening - in the passengers' own voices. There are millions are flyers each day, and its time to hear what they have to say. TSA Complaints proposes unaffiliated, non-commercial research into what needs to be improved.

This site is a response to the hundreds of comments taking the TSA to task for their reputation of being ineffective, lax and generally obnoxious. I hope for it to become a forum for complaints, housing the opinion of travelers inconvenienced by the company thats supposed to be keeping them safe.
