My security pass (I was accompanying minor daughter to gate) was in my hands at my sides when I approached the metal detector. The agent screamed "where is your boarding pass"? This is the second time in a month that I've been subjected to rude, unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Does the TSA have any standards or protocols? Or is the standard that anything goes including riding roughshod over the rights of citizens?
