while going through security my grandson who is 6 yrs. old his piece of luggage was scanned through the machine and they ask if he had a dvd player in the suitcase, i replyed yes they said they had to open the luggage and they did but did not zip it up all the way and were rude about giving it back to him when they yanked on the zipper it broke so it was given back broken and all his cloths fell on the floor and the dvd player went sliding across the floor i had to go to one of the shopping areas and buy him a new piece of luggage to put his cloths in before boarding the plane.
maybe a simple i am sorry that that happened .. from the security person.. but nothing said as we scooped the clothing and player off the floor and tryed not to hold up the line...thank you for letting me post this complaint
